All sessions must be paid in FULL to secure your Appointment.
Appointment requests are confirmed after the Engineer approves his/her availability for the session before the session is approved and booked.

To Cancel your appointment please cancel within 24 hour of your appointment or forfeit 50% deposit! If you want to keep your appointment but need to reschedule the day or time please let us know ASAP.

We booked sessions by the hour and sometimes we have sessions back to back so its important that you are on time for your session! Your appointment starts at the time you booked your session not the time that your arrive at the studio.
